CEO Una Martone Introduces "Leadership Harrisburg Area"

At the October 12 meeting, Leadership Harrisburg Area President & CEO, Una Martone, spoke to the club about the organization.

At the meeting of October 12th, Leadership Harrisburg Area President & CEO, Una Martone, introduced the club to The Leadership Harrisburg Area Organization. She discussed the founding of the organization in 1987 and how it focuses on how it "engages, develops, and mobilizes a diverse group of skilled leadership to shape our region's future" (excerpt from mission statement). She noted that the organization teaches the "servant leadership" style in its courses and seminars. They offer a variety of training services to meet the needs of many types of organizations including for-profit and non-profit organizations. Una Martone is also Rotary District 7390 Governor Elect for 2017-18.
