Our speaker for our 9/7 meeting will be Michael J Gutshall from the Cumberland County Department of Public Safety (DPS). Mike is an emergency dispatcher/assistant team supervisor and will be speaking on what really happens when you call 911. He has been with DPS for over 15 years and is also a 20-year member of the New Kingstown Fire Department.
